Cosmic Dreamer
A beautiful fairy maiden slumbers on the summer crescent moon… slowly dripping wild phlox and daisies from her lunar bouquet to nourish the soil below. The cycle continues as the energies flow back up through the growing brown eyed Susans, anemones, ferns, and white daisies, and release their energetic auras to the stars … back to her dreams, and the moon halo of flowers.

I made this canvas by hand and collected all of the flowers seen in the piece. This piece includes a rare 17 year cicada wing that I found on a walk. All flowers are picked, carefully pressed, and then stored safely until use. The process of flower pressing is time consuming and my flower pressed pieces are priced to take this time and craft into consideration.
